After years of struggling with yoyo dieting, which lead to chronic under fuelling and constant injuries it was time for a different approach. I started to learn everything I could about nutrition and now I'm sharing what I have learnt with other runners to help them be the best runners they can be.

I work a full time job alongside supporting runners with their nutrition, so I know first hand the struggles of fitting in training, work, and life in general.
