I've been a runner for over 15 years and in that time completed distances from 5k to ultramarathon, and loved virtually every mile of the journey. After years of struggling with yoyo dieting, which lead to chronic under fuelling and constant injuries it was time for a different approach. I started to learn everything I could about nutrition and now I'm sharing what I have learnt with other runners to help them be the best runners they can be.
