1. Is this going to work for me?

This course is designed specifically for runners looking to fuel their training and races through sustainable nutrition strategies. If you’re committed to following the guidance, adjusting your eating habits, and putting in the effort to fuel your body properly, you’ll see results. The course focuses on practical, science-backed methods that have helped many others achieve their goals.

2. How much time do i need to set aside each week?

The course has been designed with busy people in mind. Outside of your calls and check-ins how much time you spend putting things into place depends on you. Any downloads and guides have been designed to be bitesized to fit around a busy and sometimes crazy life. But to make sustainable changes you have to put some work in.

3. I can’t afford this right now.

I understand that investing in yourself can feel like a big step, I offer payment plans to help split the cost into affordable chunks. 

4. I’ve tried other similar programs in the past and they didn’t work.

5. How long do I have access to the program for?

You’ll have 12 weeks support from me your coach and then all the downloads will be yours to keep.
