If you’re committed to following the guidance, adjusting your eating habits, and putting in the effort to fuel your body properly, you’ll see results. The course has been designed with busy people in mind. The portal is available 24/7 for you to go through at your leisure. Most of the video lessons are less than 10 minutes so easy to fit in around a busy life. However you still need to invest the time in yourself and to commit to the process. As such I would recommend committing 1-2 hours a week to allow yourself time to digest and implement the changes to help you achieve your goals.
