1. Is this going to work for me?

This course is designed specifically for runners looking to fuel their training and races through sustainable nutrition strategies. If you’re committed to following the guidance, adjusting your eating habits, and putting in the effort to fuel your body properly, you’ll see results. The course focuses on practical, science-backed methods that have helped many others achieve their goals.

2. How much time do i need to set aside each week?

The course has been designed with busy people in mind. The portal is available 24/7 for you to go through at your leisure. Most of the video lessons are less than 10 minutes so easy to fit in around a busy life. However you still need to invest the time in yourself and to commit to the process. As such I would recommend committing 1-2 hours a week to allow yourself time to digest and implement the changes to help you achieve your goals.

3. I can’t afford this right now.

I understand that investing in yourself can feel like a big step, I offer payment plans to help split the cost into affordable chunks. 

4. I’ve tried other similar programs in the past and they didn’t work.

5. How long do I have access to the program for?

You’ll have 6-months access to the course material, so you can revisit it as often as you need during this time. However the calls and support is only valid for 12 weeks.

6. Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of this course, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
